CONGRESS REGISTRATION
The 6SCWC is only one week away, with the pre-congress workshop commencing on Friday, 2 September and the 6SCWC congress starting on Sunday, 4 September. Close to 400 delegates have already registered for the congress – have you?

The 6SCWC Secretariat is please to extended the standard registration rate of ZAR 6,525.00 until Friday, 2 September. You can register online with a credit card, or you can request an invoice, and you can even register “the old fashioned way” with a fax-back form!

PRE-CONGRESS WORKSHOP
The Pre-Congress Workshop programme is available here. Pre-Congress Workshop delegates will be able to register for both the Pre-Congress Workshop and the 6SCWC at the same time on Friday, 2 September from 07h30 at the Fountains Hotel. Please plan to arrive at the Fountains Hotel on the Friday morning in time to register before the start of the programme at 08h45. Please email Karen Hilliard on admin@6scwc.org if you have any logistical questions.

All delegates have been sent the 6SCWC Delegate Reminder - this document contains important logistical information regarding your 6SCWC experience! If you have not already done so, please read the Delegate Reminder here.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
All delegates are responsible for making their own airport transfer arrangements, and the cost will be for their own account. Please click here for information on transfer providers. Alternatively, arrangements can be made directly with your hotel, but this may be more expensive. It is strongly recommended that delegates pre-arrange their airport transfers prior to their arrival in Cape Town to guarantee availability.

This resource allows delegates to search for sessions and create a Personal Planner of the sessions they will attend. Presenters can use it to create a personal programme of the sessions that they are presenting in. Please use the online resource in conjunction with the programme and the posters list.
